Antibiotic feed additive nosiheptide preparation "Nosifeed" launched
On February 13, 1989, with product supply from Mitsubishi Kasei Co., Ltd., Kohkin Chemical launched "Nosifeed 40," which is the antibiotic feed additive nosiheptide preparation.

Development and commercialization of the egg yolk coloring agent “Color Up”
As consumers more and more preferentially choose natural products, Kohkin Chemical has developed natural compounds that are known to vary greatly in quality into formulations with stable quality, and established a system to quickly respond to diversifying needs.
- 1998
President Heishiro Tamaru awarded a "Yellow Ribbon Medal"
The notice of decision on November 3, 1998 from the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries about awarding a "Yellow Ribbon Medal" to the president Heishiro Tamaru delighted the whole Kohkin Chemical family.
The reason for the award was his service since 1977 as a member of the board of directors and a vice chairman of the second working group (feed additive-related matters) of the Japan Scientific Feeds Association, which is the only public interest corporation in the feed additive industry; and his contributions to the industrial development for many years as a pioneer in the feed additive industry. The award gave him pleasure and made all employees proud as an event demonstrating Kohkin Chemical's position in the industry. - 1999
Oregano extract preparations "Ropadiar Powder 10%" and "Aromax K" launched
In October 1999, the company launched "Ropadiar Powder 10%" and "Aromax K," which are extract preparations from oregano, a common herb.

Natural colorant “Color Up Yellow,” a Marigold petal meal feed product, launched
In April 2000, the company launched the second natural colorant "Color Up Yellow."
- 2002
Founder Heishiro Tamaru became chairman, and Ryoichi Tamaru succeeded him as the president
At the 50th shareholders' meeting in 2002, Heishiro Tamaru stepped down from the presidency and became the chairman of the board and a representative director. His oldest son, Ryoichi Tamaru, succeeded him as the president and a representative director.
